Delivery Times: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Order Deadline: 2 PM for Same-Day Delivery; After 2 PM for Next-Day Delivery

For All Orders: Discounted shipping rates
Delivery Method: Canada Post or UPS
Coverage: Available for customers outside the Neighbourhood and GTA delivery zones
Shipping Time: Varies based on location and service selected General Delivery Information Daily Deliveries: We operate 7 days a week.
Notification: Expect a call or text upon delivery arrival for local zones.
Phone Accessibility: Keep your phone close on the delivery day for smooth handoff.
Raw Food: Raw food can not be delivered outside of GTA area.

Neighbourhood Delivery: Ordering $70 worth of products at 4:30 PM in M2P? 👉 Receive your order the same evening, between 6:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
Canada Post/UPS Delivery: Living outside our local delivery zones? 👉 Enjoy discounted shipping rates with reliable Canada Post or UPS services.

House / Townhouses:
Your order will be left at your door or a specified safe spot - unless it contains frozen items. See Raw/Frozen Items sections below.

Condos / Apartments:
All orders will be left with the concierge or at lobby level. *We will not bring your order to your unit/apt*. Please make arrangements to ensure your concierge will accept and hold the order. Alternatively, meet us downstairs or buzz us in so we can put it safely in the lobby for you to pick up.

Raw / Frozen Items:
You must be home to accept your order. If your order arrives and you are not home or do not answer the phone call, it will be brought back to the store for the next delivery day. We will make two attempts to deliver your order. After that it will be brought back to the store for pickup with a $20 failed delivery fee.
